Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn South. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before May 17th. Use the group code VEK or call the front desk and make a reservation in the Van Es/Komp block. $122/night Please consider making your reservations ASAP as there is a music festival in town that same weekend.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. But there is plenty of parking at the church for the ceremony as well as at the hotel for the reception. Eau Claire also has Uber and Lyft if you prefer to do that.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love all your kiddos and would love them to celebrate our day with us. However, we also understand if you want to have a couples weekend and leave the kids at home.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Is there a dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail/semi-formal attire!
