When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you let us know by January 31st, 2026, if you will be joining us in our celebration so that we may finalize seating arrangements and plating.

For all inquiries, please contact the bride, Vanesa, at 928-500-3653, as she is coordinating the event details.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony begins (4:15 PM) to allow time for seating and to accommodate any unexpected delays.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are more than welcome to attend, and families with kids have been assigned accordingly in the RSVP section. However, if you plan to bring additional children who were not originally included in your RSVP, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust accommodations as needed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we do have to be selective with our guest count. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available for all guests.
