1:30pm- Bus will arrive at Double Tree Hotel to pick up guests for the wedding.
2pm- Welcome! Make your way through the Rustic barn to sign our Guest book. Complementary wine and beer for each guest as well as seat savers for the ceremony
2:30pm- The Ceremony Begins! Please silence your cellphones as we begin. Pictures and videos welcome as long as the flash is off
3:15pm- Cocktail hour. Enjoy a lovely spread of appetizers as well as our open bar while the happy couple retreats for pictures.
4pm- Let the Games Begin! The Bride and Groom game plus lawn games will be set up including Corn Hole, Bocce, and Can Jam.
5pm- Eat, Drink, and be Married! Dinner is served.
6pm- A toast, and Our First Dance
7pm- Cake and Pie bar
8pm- Bonfire Buffet. Join us around the bonfire for snacks and music.
9pm- First bus arrives to take those who wish to leave back to the Double Tree Hotel
10pm- Winding down. Goodbyes and well wishes as we start to wrap up our night
11pm- Last bus arrives

Wear your fall best!
Our venue takes place on a stunning Country Estate, rich with history and scenic views. The ceremony will take place outdoors so please be sure to have appropriate early fall attire. The reception will be held indoors and is heated/cooled for your comfort. A photo booth will be on site and it would mean a lot to both the bride and groom if everyone could make time to utilize it. A beautiful leather-bound photo album will be created throughout the night using the photos taken in the booth. There are plenty of props and adorable picture settings to choose from!
