We met while working together at Carvel in Staten Island. Matthew was Victoria's trainer and was initially impressed with Victoria's charm, wittiness, and charisma. It was an instant connection, as both of us always looked forward to working together. After a few months of working together, we began dating. Matthew would routinely visit Victoria at the ice cream shop, taking her out to lunch during breaks, and delivering coffee through her shifts. Victoria would return the favor of course, bringing home-cooked meals, and moral support to help finish out those tough 1am shifts. It was a sweet way for us to get our start, and has now blossomed into something neither of us could have expected when working there together in our teens!

The 7's have always been a special set of days for us. Matthew was born on the 7th, we started dating on the 17th, and Victoria was born on the 27th. Therefore during the holiday season, the 27th was a special day for us to get engaged. Matthew proposed in Virginia overlooking the Country Club of their resort. It was quite the moment with many more tears shed than words said. Being just the two of us, led to an extremely intimate and mindful memory that we can both always share. It was definitely seven years in the making and Victoria (after done crying) happily said yes!! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives together! See you on the 17th!
