How do I book a room at The Stowehof?

Answer

If you would like a room at The Stowehof for the weekend, please call the hotel at 802-253-9722. Room check in begins at 4pm. Please call ahead if you'd like to check in earlier than this time. Room offerings can be viewed here: https://thestowehof.com/stowe-accommodations

What should I bring if I'm staying for the weekend?

Answer

If you plan to stay for the weekend, please note that the hotel offers a number of amenities including a pool, fire pit, volleyball area, sauna, hiking trails, lawn games and more. Check The Stowehof's website for full details to come prepared for a fun-filled weekend! https://thestowehof.com/

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Wedding attire is formal/cocktail attire. The event colors are burgundy, gold, soft green, and autumn orange. The ceremony will be held outdoors, on grass.

THE BIG ONE: What about the bar?

Answer

There will be complimentary bar service for the cocktail hour and reception following the wedding ceremony. There is a bar/restaurant on site at the hotel, where you may purchase drinks or food before or after the wedding events over the weekend.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please reference your save the date or invitation for guest allowance. We are unfortunately under a strict guest limit for this event. Please contact Matt and Katie directly with concerns!

We ask that this event remain adults only.

It's Vermont: Will it be cold? Warm?

Answer

Late summer and fall weather in Vermont can change on a dime. We advise you bring a warm jacket or sweater to wear outdoors in the evening, as the temperature is likely to drop as the sun sets. Late summer and fall nights can be 50 degrees or cooler. There will be a fire pit available if you'd like to enjoy outdoors.
