FAQs

Some answers to your burning questions!
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, please. For men: button-ups and slacks. For women: dresses, skirts/dressy pants, blouses. Important: bring comfortable shoes to dance in. Everyone: No jeans! The reception venue is indoors, overlooking the ocean. There will be outdoor terraces to get some fresh air, so you may need a light sweater.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 20th, 2026, so we can finalize everything with our vendors.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

No kids, sorry. This is a 21+ adults only event.

Question

Can I have a plus one?

Answer

No, sorry. All plus ones for the wedding will be communicated to our respective guests.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony at the SB Courthouse?

Answer

There is a small city parking lot directly across from the courthouse (City Lot #7) where the first 75 minutes are free, and there are additional public parking garages and street parking nearby. Parking can fill up quickly, so we recommend allowing extra time to find a spot and carpooling if possible.

Question

Is there parking for the reception at the Cabrillo Pavilion?

Answer

We are working with the city to reserve a limited number of parking spots in the beach lot. However, the lot is small and because the wedding falls close to the July 4th holiday, parking will be very limited and the beach area will be busy. We kindly encourage guests to carpool or use Uber/Lyft if possible. If you choose to drive, please plan to arrive early, as you may need to find street parking and walk to the venue.

Question

Something came up and I can no longer attend. What do I do?

Answer

Reach out to Michelle or Andrew ASAP to let us know, so we can adjust the headcount with our vendors.
