FAQs & Details

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. Please check the weather forecast before you travel and be prepared for the weather conditions. If there is a chance for rain, we recommend bringing an umbrella or rain jacket just in case!

Question

Arrival & Valet Parking

Answer

When you arrive, our valet team will be parking your vehicle. To help keep the line moving smoothly for everyone, please have your belongings ready and be prepared to exit your vehicle promptly when it is your turn. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes early. Out of respect for the ceremony and photography, any vehicles arriving after the ceremony begins will be held at the entrance until the ceremony concludes. Late guests will be welcomed in immediately afterward for the reception.

Question

How early should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes early as you will have your vehicle valeted, have time to use the restroom, and find your seat.

Question

Do I need to RSVP and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Yes! Please RSVP so that we can be sure to include you in our guest count and have the correct accommodations. We ask that you please have your RSVPs sent in by April 1st so we can give a final headcount to our vendors. You can RSVP right here on our website.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one or an additional guest?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refer to your invitation for your party details. If your invitation and RSVP includes "and guest," then you have been given a plus-one. This is due to limited seating and catering arrangements. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! We love and adore all the little ones and are happy to include them in our celebration. However, we kindly request you keep a close eye on your little ones as there will be an uncovered pool, and many fragile and breakable items that are easy to reach. We also ask that if your baby or young child becomes restless or begins to cry during the ceremony, that you step away briefly so everyone can hear and enjoy the vows without distraction.

Question

Cell Phone Policy - Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that all phones be silenced and put away during the unplugged ceremony. Our photographer and videographer will beautifully capture everything so you can be fully present with us and simply enjoy.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are having a classic, formal, black & white wedding. We ask that you wear whatever you are most comfortable with as there is no exact dress code. Men can wear suits with a tie or a blazer and slacks. Women can wear floor, mid, or knee length dresses. Sunday church attire is fine as well. Whatever makes you feel the best! We only ask that you refrain from wearing white and jeans.
