No we are not registered, your attendance and well- wishes are enough for us
Yes! Hayloft on the Arch has parking on site and is also handicapped accessible. Golf cart transport is available to those who need it. Vehicles can also be left on the property overnight if needed, we want everyone to get home safely.
By no means is this a super formal, black tie event. Men won’t be forced to wear a stuffy 3 piece suit and women won’t be forced to wear heels that kill their feet. Wear what makes you comfortable, but we do ask that you wear proper wedding attire, semi formal. No hoodies, jeans or flip flops. Also, please refrain from wearing maroon as this is the main color of the wedding party! If you’re questioning if an outfit is appropriate, you might want to find something else.
We have added plus 1s on your invites when they were sent out. Dates are always welcome, we don’t want you to party alone! But please do not extend the invitation to others who show interest in our event without consulting us first. We have a certain head count and would like to stick to that the best we can.
Although we love all the little ones, we do ask that you leave them with a sitter for the night. We want you to enjoy the evening and have a boat load of fun rather than worrying about watching them throughout the night.
For those who had to travel to enjoy this special day or if you don’t want to drive home after a fun filled night, we have a page of near by hotels that may be able to accommodate you.
If you have a food allergy, please reach out to us and we can work with the caterers the best we can to help accommodate you.
