When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask you RSVP by July 1st, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:00pm. It is a 25 minute drive from downtown Durango to the venue. The provided shuttle service will arrive to the venue at 4:00pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate size of our wedding and chosen venue, unless noted on your RSVP, please do not bring a plus one.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, besides our niece and nephew, we politely request no children attend the ceremony or reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. This question is asked on your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue (ceremony & reception).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue. Pick up and drop off will be at 11th Street Station in downtown Durango. Please visit the Travel tab for more details.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We decided on a Friday wedding due to the amount of guests that will be traveling from out of town. We're hoping everyone can have a "buffer day" between the wedding and traveling home to continue spending time together the day after the wedding (Saturday, October 11th, 2025). Weather-permitting, we would like to hang out at our favorite local park then head to a brewery in the afternoon. We have other ideas if the weather doesn't cooperate! More details to come. . .
