Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:00pm. It is a 25 minute drive from downtown Durango to the venue. The provided shuttle service will arrive to the venue at 4:00pm.

Question

Is there transportation to and from downtown Durango to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue. Pick up and drop off will be at 11th Street Station in downtown Durango. Please visit the Travel tab for more details. **You are allowed to drive to the venue and leave your car there overnight, as long as you pick up your car the following day by 10:00am. Please let us know if you plan to do this!**

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue (ceremony & reception).

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The wedding attire is Cocktail Attire. For fall in southwest Colorado, we suggest mid-length and floor-length dresses, elegant separates, sport coats and pants, or suits. The forecast is looking VERY rainy, so please bring a nice, warm coat to stay warm! Please bring a dressy warm coat or jacket, as the weather is unpredictable in the mountains and it may get chilly!

Question

What is the weather supposed to be like?

Answer

The current forecast (1 day before the wedding) is predicting RAIN and possible thunderstorms, cloudy, with a high of 63, low of 50. We highly recommend bringing a nice, warm coat to stay warm during the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner! We will be providing umbrellas for the ceremony, but if you're local, feel free to bring one just in case we run out!

Question

Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Dinner service will be under a tent outside. The reception and dancing will be indoors. If the weather takes a sharp turn for the worst, we have the option to move all events indoors.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the intimate size of our wedding and chosen venue, unless noted on your RSVP, please do not bring a plus one.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, besides our niece and nephew, we politely request no children attend the ceremony or reception.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We decided to have a Friday wedding due to the amount of guests that will be traveling from out of town. We're hoping everyone can have a "buffer day" between the wedding and traveling home to continue spending time together the day after the wedding (Saturday, October 11th, 2025). Weather-permitting, we would like to hang out at our house from ~11:00am-4:00pm, then head to a brewery in the afternoon!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. This question is asked on your RSVP.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we do! Please visit the Travel tab for hotel recommendations.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you RSVP by September 1st, 2025.

For all the days along the way
