What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

4:30pm - Guest arrival 5:00pm - Ceremony 5:30pm - Cocktail hour 6:30pm - Dinner and speeches 8:00pm - Cake cutting and dancing 10:00pm - Farewell

Can we bring a guest?

Answer

Due to venue limits, we cannot allow everyone to bring a guest. If you were given a guest, it will say so on your formal invitation. Please only bring those who were explicitly invited.

What is cocktail attire?

Answer

Men: Nice pants/slacks and collared shirts. Ties and jackets are encouraged but not required. Women: Cocktail dresses, garden dresses, or dressy separates. Any length, style or color besides white/cream/ivory. Please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or baggy/ripped clothing.

Do we have to pay for drinks?

Answer

During the cocktail hour and reception, there will be a bar with drinks available for purchase. PLEASE NOTE: The bar is cashless and will only be accepting card payments. During dinner, every table will have bottles of complimentary wine, and we will have a complimentary champagne toast. All sodas, juices, water, and other non-alcoholic beverages will be complimentary for the duration of the event.

Are there meals for guests with dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will have a wide variety of appetizers, salads, sides and entrees. There will be something suitable for everyone! If you or someone in your party has a severe allergy or dietary restriction, please reach out to Madie to discuss accommodations.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we are planning on having an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

Can we take photos?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that guests please refrain from using their phones, including for taking photos. There will be a photographer present to capture it all! During the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you want!

Do we have to bring a gift?

Answer

Gifts are appreciated, but not required! Your presence on this important day is enough. However, we have a honeymoon fund on this website that you can donate to if you wish. We will also have a spot for physical cards on the day of.

How do we get there?

Answer

Our venue has a safe, private parking lot with ample space for guests. We encourage car pulling or using Uber/taxis if you plan on drinking.

How/when do we Rsvp?

Answer

You can either RSVP on this website, or you can send it through the mail on the card you received with your formal invitation. Please RSVP by May 6th, 2025, so that we can provide the venue with an accurate headcount and save you a spot!
