Question

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 21st, 2026. This will give all parties involved a good idea of how many people will be attending. If you do not RSVP on time, we will not be able to accommodate you.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please try to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins. The ceremony is set to begin at 5:30 so please try to arrive by 5:15 (at the latest) so you can comfortably park and find a seat before we say "I do".

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a large parking lot where you can self-park for free. If you choose to drive, you may leave your car parked at the venue overnight and pick it up the next day.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will make trips between the Homewood Suites in Doylestown to the venue and back until all guests have been accounted for.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting - the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. Throughout the night you will have full access to the outdoor space. Once the sun goes down there will be firepits and smores!

What should I wear?

We'd love to have our friends and family dress up with us so semi-formal/formal is preferred!

Plus ones and kids?

Answer

We love new friends and kids, but we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! But there is a catch - you will be given a moment to take all the pictures you want on your own device, and after that point we kindly ask you to allow the photographers to work their magic!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a 5-hour open bar. Pace yourselves, pictures last forever!

What if I have special dietary requirements?

Answer

We will do our best to address and accommodate all dietary needs. Please note any requirements or restrictions on your formal invitation response.
