What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 4:30 pm. We ask that guests are in their seats 15 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 7, 2026, by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP on time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate CANNOT ATTEND on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "attending", but find out you can not make it, please notify Simone McDermott (267-644-5082) as soon as you are aware.

What if I am running late?

Our wedding will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony.

Where should I park?

Answer

There are 3 separate venues on the grounds -- follow the signs to Pen Ryn Mansion for our wedding. Parking is available in the rear of the venue. If preferred, Valet Parking will also be provided at no cost to guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! The official dress code for all events is semi-formal required, formal preferred. Ladies can wear midi or floor-length dresses. Gentlemen can wear suits (any color). Please no short dresses, jeans or sneakers. Where can I stay?

Answer

Our venue will be held in Bensalem, PA. We have a hotel block at Courtyard Marriott, Bensalem (linked under TRAVEL). There are many other hotels and airbnbs in the area as well, so feel free to stay where you feel most comfortable. Please note check in time at the hotel is 2 pm!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones; however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. If your child(ren) is invited, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony meaning once the ceremony begins, we ask that ALL phones be put away and silenced. The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as we receive them. AFTER the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Is there transportation?

Answer

Free shuttle will be departing from Courtyard Marriott at 3:45 PM to ensure it arrives at the venue by 4:00 PM. Shuttles will also be available to take guests back to the hotel at the end of the night, times TBD depending on needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, the drinks are on us! For this reason, we encourage you to drive wisely or take advantage of the provided transportation to and from the hotel.
