Chandler and Valeska met through a mutual friend. At first they didn't talk much but they had the opportunity to get to know each other when a group of our friends got together to go bowling. After that night they exchanged numbers but didn't start texting each other right away. A couple weeks later, Chandler decided to make the first move by asking Valeska what kind of music she likes. After that, they haven't stopped talking since.

The Van Gogh Immersive exhibit was somewhere that Chandler and Valeska had been wanting to go to for a while, so when Chandler mentioned that he had made plans to go, Valeska was extremely excited. However, they had gotten a weather warning that there was a huge snowstorm coming their way and instead of just cancelling like she had assumed he was going to do, he was able to "pull some strings" and be able to change their tickets for an earlier time. They all get to the exhibit and have fun looking at all of Van Gogh's greatest work when next thing you know, Chandler pulls her aside and starts to give a very loving speech and then decides to go get down on one knee while the painting 'Irises' is in the background.
