Hi guys, as I know it is coming time to purchase flights. My BIGGEST advice to you all is to book a flight from US to Rome Italy. Then book a separate flight from Rome to Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla, as there are no direct flights unless you fly from NYC. There is also a train from Rome to Bari but it is about 4 hours which is a bit long rather than a 1 hour flight from Rome to Bari, or 1.5 hours from Milan to Bari. Once you arrive to Bari there is a train that will take you directly to Ruvo di Puglia from the station where we will pick you up and guide you to your hotel. After arriving from your international flight into Italy, you will need to book a local flight to Bari International Airport-Karol Wojtyla (BRI). There are multiple airline carriers that offer flights into Bari (BRI). At Bari airport, there is a railway that will take you directly to Ruvo di Puglia. There are a few air bnbs and a few hotels in the city of Ruvo di Puglia. We are working with our venue to provide rooms and a specific hotel they partner with. So when you RSVP if you would like to book at the hotel please let us know and we will set a private reservation for you and your party.
