Accomodations

Hotel, airbnb, or vrbo are great options. We suggest staying within the circle on the map. It is also a wonderful option to stay in the Tuscany countryside. The wedding is 40 minutes from the city but the pre-wedding events will be in Florence. Villas are available Friday through Monday but will be assigned to immediate wedding party due to limited availability.

Flight

Firenze-Peretola Airport

FLR - Florence Airport is about a 20 minute Uber/Taxi to the center of the city. You can also fly into other airports in surrounding cities and train to Florence (Rome, Pisa, Milan, Naples which may have cheaper options)

Train

Santa Maria Novella

This is the main train station in Florence. We recommend using apps such as Omio or Trenitalia to book tickets.

Rental Car

Ubers/Taxis

Florence is small and walkable if you stay within the center of the city. Uber is available but Taxi's (TaxiMove app) are more cost efficient, specifically in Florence. We strongly advise against getting a rental car for anyone who has NOT driven in Italy before.
