We met in 2008 and started dating in 2009. We moved in together after a long distance relationship through college in 2014. On August 31, 2019 Tyler asked to go on a hike to try out the new camera I purchased for an upcoming vacation. We got to a beautiful outlook and Tyler (who never cares about pictures) insisted that we take a picture, while we were attempting this another dog showed up snd was distracting Nala. I suggested that we walk away and Tyler was adamant that we keep trying to get a photo. We decided to try another spot but at this point I could take it or leave it. I hit the button on the timer, got in place, and turn to see Tyler down on one knee! It is the easiest question I have ever been asked and we cannot wait to be married and celebrate with everyone!
