We’re getting married!

Val and Ryan first met behind the bar while bartending at Bowling Green State University. At the time, their relationship was strictly platonic. Built on long shifts, good laughs, and the occasional (very responsible) Hornitos shot while on the clock. They were great friends, but nothing more… yet. It wasn’t until after Val moved to Columbus and Ryan settled in Cleveland that something more began to spark. Distance made the heart grow fonder, and soon they found themselves officially dating long-distance. For an entire year, Ryan made the drive to Columbus every single weekend to see Val. Proof that love (and a semi-reliable ford escape) will always conquer. Eventually, Ryan made the move to Columbus, and the two began building a life side by side. Today, they share a beautiful home filled with love, laughter, and their three babies: Quincy, Marvin, and Nova. What started as a friendship over bartending shifts has turned into a forever kind of love, and they can’t wait to celebrate it with you.
