FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We cannot wait to celebrate with you on our special day! The wedding dress code is formal attire. Please wear a suit of any color or a nice cocktail dress. Pastel colors encouraged!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because of limited venue space and our hope to keep the day intimate, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together soon!

Question

What's the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Before the ceremony, we recommend taking an Uber from the hotel to the venue if you are staying there. For those driving, a parking lot is located a short walk from the venue, and a golf cart will be available to assist guests who may need help with longer distances. After the reception, a shuttle will be available to transport guests back to the hotel.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Question

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We’ve reserved a room block at Oxford Suites Sonoma County! Head to the “Stay” page of our website to book your room at the discounted rate.

Question

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest airport.

Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re only able to include children who are explicitly named on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the rest of the evening!

Question

Are there any cultural traditions or best practices guests should be aware of?

Answer

Our ceremony will follow traditional Jewish customs, including blessings under the chuppah and the breaking of the glass. Men will be asked to wear a kippah during the ceremony, which will be provided. Guests are welcome to participate by responding “Amen” during blessings and joining in joyful dancing during the celebration. We’re honored to share these meaningful traditions with you.
