When should I expect a formal invitation?

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make our special day adults-only. We hope this gives you plenty of time to make arrangements and enjoy a night off celebrating with us.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have thoughtfully curated our guest list with great care, and each invitation is extended to the named guest(s). We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If you’re unable to join us, please let us know—we would be happy to offer your spot to another guest. Thank you so much for your understanding, and we truly appreciate your support as we celebrate this special day 🤍

What's the Dress Code?

Semi-Formal Attire: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind that evenings in Flagstaff can be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.

Can I take videos and photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Unplugged Ceremony: We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so we can fully enjoy the moment together. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony. Thank you for understanding.

Do you have a Wedding Registry?

No, we do not have a traditional wedding registry. We’re so grateful to already have everything we need. If you’d like to celebrate with us in a special way, you’re welcome to contribute to our Honeymoon Experience or Future Home. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we truly appreciate you being part of our journey 🤍

Our wedding color palette includes shades of lavender and purple.

Are animals allowed?

No. Due to venue policy, animals are not permitted on the premises.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

The Gardens at Viola’s is a smoke-free indoor venue. A designated smoking area is available outside, in front of the building.

Wedding Guest Parking?

Answer

Wedding guests are asked to park in the designated facility parking lot. Please refrain from parking on the street.

Can we throw rice or confetti?

Answer

Rice, confetti, glitter, feathers, and birdseed are not permitted on the property during the wedding or reception.
