Our Favorite Memories
Fun Facts:
1. A week into March 2020 we adopted a soccer playing dog named Scout.
2. We both have a green thumb: Joe for indoor plants and Valerie for outdoor plants.
3. Before moving in together, we took a road trip across Nevada, Utah, and Arizona to hike 6 National Parks. This sparked a love for travel to National Parks and have visited over 15 National Parks together.
4. Joe proposed to Valerie on the beach of Lake Superior at sunset during a cabin vacation.
5. Joe knew he had fallen for Valerie when he woke up at 6am on a snowy winter day to go for a run together. She eventually convinced him to run half marathons, the Spartan race, and together they are training for their first marathon in 2025.
We journeyed to the top of the Pyrenees Mountains in Spain! We nearly drove off the mountain.
