What time should I arrive?

Answer

We would love it if guests would arrive around 5:30 PM, as the ceremony will start at 6pm.

Are the ceremony and reception at different locations?

Answer

No, the ceremony and reception will be held right next to one another.

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are currently scheduled to be outdoors. We do have some contingencies in place if weather takes a turn for the worst.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of parking in 2 different lots at the wedding venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to wear cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. This isn't a requirement by any means... However, showing up dressed ready to dance is... ;)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited, so plus ones will not be included.

Will there be vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free food options?

Answer

Yes, food will be served buffet-style with some vegan and vegetarian options. Almost all food being served are gluten-free as well. Let us know in your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions, and the wait staff can help craft a plate for you! There will also be table top signs indicating these.

Of course! Please let us know of any allergies you have, and we will work with our catering team to ensure you are happy and healthy. :)

Can I take pictures and post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes please! Use the hashtag #SheWentToJerod so we can view them afterwards! We will, however, be asking everyone to put their phones away during the ceremony. Don't worry, our excellent photographers will be sure to capture every moment. :)
