Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We've reserved a specific number of seats for each guest, so please only attend if you are listed on the invitation/reservation. Because the venue capacity is also limited , we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be providing a hosted bar. You will have the option of a His or Her drink (margarita or red wine), Modelo, water, and/or sodas.

Where Can I Park?

Answer

There are plenty of parking spots available. There is a Church behind the venue that has plenty of parking, however you are not permitted to park overnight.

Can I record or video the ceremony?

Answer

NOOO! Please put your phone away. You will have plenty of opportunities later for photos and videos. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture the important moments for us. We will also have a QR code for you to scan after the ceremony where you can take pictures that will automatically upload to an app where you can save and keep your photos and the photos of all the other guests in attendance.

Is this an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

There is a barn that we will be hosting in for dinner, drinks, and dancing, but the ceremony and majority of the Venue is outside. The average weather for this area in June is 80-85 degrees during the day and 40-45 degrees in the evenings. There are heaters and fans in the barn, if needed. Please also be mindful of footwear as gravel and grass are what you will mainly walk on at this venue. This venue is located next to a Bee Farm! If you are a guest who is allergic to bees, please bring your required medication!

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be having CoCos N Moes Catering serving tacos buffet style. We will have chips and salsa served during cocktail hour. For dinner you have the option of, chicken, beef, or pork tacos (with toppings), refried beans, and Spanish rice. If you have a dietary restriction they will accommodate you.
