Wedding Party

Poyi

Maid of Honor

We've known each other for 20 years, since we were just little girls. She’s been there for me through all of my happiness, sadness, and struggles—literally EVERYTHING. She supports every decision I make, and my life would be so different without her. I’m honored to have her as my maid of honor.

Charlotte

Bridesmaid

We met while working part-time in Hong Kong, and it’s always fun hanging out together. We can easily catch up over a call for hours. She’s been there for me through my hard time. Despite having such different personalities, we’ve become really great friends.

Yi

Bridesmaid

She was my first Asian friend after I moved to Colorado, even though she no longer lives here. It’s amazing to have someone who shares similar values and hobbies (like sleeping🤣?, playing LEGO, and planting). She’s also the reason I still speak Mandarin fluently today!

Ancella

Bridesmaid

We met at a Catholic camping event. Although we don't talk frequently, she has always sent me postcards from various places she traveled, as well as hand drawn pictures. I feel so loved and cared by her. She’s always there with great advice and creative ideas.

Nina

Bridesmaid

We were classmates during my MPH degree, and she has always encouraged me to try new outdoor activities. She's incredibly fun to be around and genuinely attentive, remembering the little things I say and caring deeply about me.

Lauren

Bridesmaid

Though we're not related by blood, I consider her my younger sister. She’s cute, loving, caring, and incredibly sweet. Despite our generation gap, she introduces me to new things and keeps me feeling young. She might dislike it, but she will always be my adorable mochi.

Abi

Best Man

1. He is the only person who can explain what masta poopa means (You don’t want to know what it means- What happens in Grand Canyon stays in Grand Canyon) 2. We slept outside in sleeping bag (no house, no tent) in Canyonlands 3. We still need to complete camping trip to Nederland, where his car broke down, so we had to return. That’s about it.

Andrew

Groomsman

1. We had two international trips (Thailand and Puerto Rico!), but I still haven't seen angry Andrew (probably won't for the rest of my life) 2. We secretly recognized our silent (but intense) competitive mindsets during indoor rock climbing sessions every week when we were fresh out of college. And, he still thinks he won the competition.

Riaz

Groomsman

1. He is the first person who met our cats. They instantly sensed he is a good guy 2. We often communicate through silence cause our vocal cords don’t like to work hard.

Wyatt

Groomsman

1. We complain about random things without any shame 2. We both are quite opinionated but can argue over any topics. All of these conversations are alcohol-free.
