When should I RSVP by?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large (free!) parking lot for all guests at Drees Pavilion.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no organized transportation planned. Please plan on providing your own transport.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have any allergies and we will accommodate you! You can reach out to us personally and/or make a note in your RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30pm. Feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes before it begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

As we are planning to have the ceremony outdoors in July, we understand that it is going to be hot. With this in mind, we request summer cocktail attire.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will have our reception indoors at the Drees Pavilion (it will be air conditioned). We will still have access to the outdoor space throughout the night as well.

Will there be a Grand Exit?

Yes! We are planning our Grand Exit at 9:45pm for pictures. We would love for everyone to stay until then to participate in the pictures.

Is the party over after the Grand Exit?

Answer

We have the venue until 10pm. Please feel free to enjoy the venue and company until then.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

We unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
