Shuttle Transportation – Ayres Hotel
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 PM and conclude at 6:30 PM, during which his & hers signature cocktails will be served.
Shuttle Schedule
The first shuttle will depart from Ayres Hotel at 5:00pm and transport guests to Hidden Acres.
The second shuttle will depart from Ayres Hotel at 5:45 PM, arriving at Hidden Acres
At the conclusion of the evening’s celebration, return shuttles from Hidden Acres to Ayres Hotel will depart at the following times:
11:00 PM
12:00AM
