WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

We have a long history. We both grew up on Culver City and went to Culver City public schools. We both graduated from La Ballona Elementary, Culver City Middle School, and Culver City High School yet we only really started talking senior year of high school. We went to prom together in 2002 and then went our separate ways for college, both of us with our own full ride athletic scholarships. Throughout our college years, we still remained close friends and would see each other from time to time during college breaks. We have seen each other through relationships, school graduations, hard times, and great times. We eventually became a couple January 1st, 2013. And that's our condense story of how we became a couple.

We were vacationing in the Dominican Republic during the Thanksgiving break in 2017. While staying at an all-inclusive resort on the north east side of the island, we enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the entertainment that the resort had to offer. While waiting to watch the night's entertainment, Johnny had whisked me away behind the stage to be apart of a game show with other couples. Little did I know, he had his own plan. After being on stage with two other couples, performing games in front of an audience, the audience then clapped the loudest for us to win the game. We were then offered a gift basket, a bottle of champagne, and two free massages from the spa. Then the MC handed Johnny the microphone and he proceeded to thank the audience and the staff for an amazing experience. He also mentioned that he had a surprise which eventually led to him getting down on one knee and proposing in front of a large and enthusiastic crowd.
