When should I RSVP by?

We are asking everyone, to please, RSVP by April 1st. You can do so online by visiting the "RSVP" tab on this site.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Absolutely! Shuttle service will be available between the Hampton Inn in Bourbonnais and the wedding venue. The Shuttle will also run from The Peterson's to Willowheaven. Please check the "Travel" section for shuttle times and details. If you prefer to drive, there is parking available at Willowheaven. You may leave a car at the venue overnight, if needed.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm, so we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find your seat and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
Dress Code: Dressy Casual. Polished yet comfortable. The ceremony will be outdoors, so plan accordingly.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free meal options?

Absolutely! Our menu includes a variety of options to suit different dietary preferences and restrictions. Please let us know any specific needs when you RSVP.
