What is the RSVP deadline?

What time should we arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00pm to allow time for parking, and getting to your seats. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:15pm!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate with you! Cocktail attire for the evening is encouraged. Please do not wear white, off-white, cream, champagne or red. All other colors are welcome!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you have been extended a guest invitation, it will be indicated on the physical RSVP card included with your formal invitation. Due to the venue capacity, we unfortunately cannot extend guest invitations to every guest. You will need to RSVP for your guest when you RSVP yourself via the online form on this website.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors!

Can I bring in outside food or drinks?

Answer

No! Please note that our venue has a VERY STRICT policy against bringing in outside food and beverages. To maintain the flow of celebration we ask that guests only enjoy the food and drinks provided at the venue.

Where can we stay? Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

To make things easier for our guests we blocked rooms at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in New Braunfels, near the venue. Go to the "Travel" tab to access this info!

Is there parking?

Yes! There is free parking on site at the venue.

What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids will be wearing black, floor length dresses!

We're glad you asked, yes! The drinks are free and the memories are priceless!
