What is the easiest way to get around Cartagena?

Answer

If you are staying within the Walled City, everything is walking distance! We encourage you to walk and explore the city. However, if you prefer the comfort of a car ride, then we suggest using Uber. Make sure to download the UBER app and link it to a credit card with no foreign transaction fees prior to travel.

Is Cartagena safe?

Answer

Short answer is, yes! Cartagena is one of the most visited and safest city in all of Colombia. Like any international tourist destination, "no des papaya" - meaning don't make yourself an easy target for pickpocketing.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

To enter Colombia, your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your travel dates. For example, since you are traveling to Colombia in February 2027, your passport must be valid through August 2027. American citizens do not need a Visa to visit Colombia. For other citizenships, please check online.

What happens if I don´t RSVP on time?

If we don’t receive your confirmation by the deadline, we’ll sadly have to mark you as not attending. We’ll truly miss you on our special day 💔 Unfortunately, we can’t make exceptions, as we must give the final guest count to our venue. Thank you for understanding and helping us by replying on time

No. All invited guests are listed in the invitation you received. Due to limited space, we are only able to welcome our closest family and friends. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Yes, when you fill out your RSVP, you can mention any dietary restrictions. This way, we can make sure a special meal is arranged for you.
