Back in Fall of 2010, Valeria and Bryan attended the birthday party of a friend they had in common. Valeria had just moved from Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela a couple of months prior to this party. Bryan and Valeria met for the first time at the party and danced all night long to some merengue and bachata. Bryan being the clueless boy that he was at that time, he did not know Valeria's name or number and it never occurred to him to ask. The party ended and the weeks, months and years went by. Fall of 2011 at the beginning of their Junior year in high school and coincidently they had both been placed in the same history class. Funny enough both were not aware of each other’s attendance in class at first, but as days and classes went by, Bryan approached Valeria in class, and they started to know each other’s. Fast forward to their 2012-2013 during their senior year in high school and once again they were both placed in the same class, this time French class. Valeria and Bryan had stayed in contact throughout the previous year and never stopped talking to each other. After high school home coming dance (P.S: Valeria asked Bryan out to Homecoming) and many parties, on the 5th of January 2013 Bryan asked Valeria to be his girlfriend. Then after 7.5 years of being in a relationship Bryan decided to pop the question "Will you marry me?" and did it in a surprising fashion in Marco Island. Valeria was under the impression that she was going on a relaxing trip with Bryan to de-stress from work, school, and global pandemic. Little did she know, Bryan had prepared a huge surprise in the Marco Island beach with all of Valeria's and Bryan's family coming over to the hotel as a surprise, having a 100+ ft. sign asking the million-dollar question "Will you marry me?" After shock, tears and hugs, Valeria said YES! Join us in celebrating their union and the beginning of this new adventure.
