We're So Excited to celebrate with you!

We met at a personal training seminar and connected almost immediately-- it felt as if we had been friends for a long time. Throughout the whole day, the instructor led the group through exercises, and one activity required a partner. We were both hoping we'd get paired up but sadly it didn't work out. When our lunch break came, Lance approached me and asked what I was doing for lunch. We ended up going to Chipotle, except on our way to his car, a guy invited himself to come along with us (way to third wheel buddy)! The last half of the day, we got to go through a workout as a group which was an absolute blast and got to show our competitive side. He asked for my snapchat at the end of the day and here we are now!

It was the day before our 2 year anniversary, and Lance texted me at 4pm, jokingly mentioning the beach and spending our anniversary there. Next thing we knew, we were on our way! We arrived in Huntington Beach and stopped at a store to purchase a jar to start a seashell collection. We spent the morning relaxing, and selecting beautiful seashells from the shore and placing it in the jar. I wandered pretty far from where we placed our blanket and bags, but was so excited to have found HALF A SAND DOLLAR. I happily skipped back to Lance who was still squatting near the shore looking for shells, and wanted to show off the sand dollar I found. I approached him and said "LOOK WHAT I FOUND". Next thing I know, he looked at me with an enormous smile, holding an object he picked up from the sand-- it was a Diamond ring. My first thought was "Woah who lost their ring?". But quickly realized this was a proposal. The next question he asked led to the easiest yes of my life.
