Transportation From Novotel Hotel to Venue

Transportation will be provided for international guests; Pickup: Novotel Hotel, (located in El Tesoro Mall) Cra. 25a #1 a Sur 45, El Poblado, Medellín, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia Pickup Time: 9/15/23 2pm pickup SHARP, (vans will wait 15 minutes). Drop-Off: There will be 2 drop-off times at night, 9/16/23 12am and 2am (reception end time). Drop-off will also be at Novotel Hotel. Crystal Palace Hotel

September 16th- September 17th- This event is an optional 1 night stay at the Crystal Palace Hotel, in Guatapé Antioquia. A resort style home, it has a pool, jacuzzi, elevator, walking trails, and access to the lake! Water sports can also be arranged. 3 rooms per floor x 3 Queen bds in each room. Total of 9 rooms and 27 Queen bds in the house. The Hotel has an open restaurant; Breakfast 8-10am: Full buffet type. Include coffee and juices. Lunch 12-2pm: Type buffet salads, 2 protein, 2 companions, vegetables, dessert. Snack 4pm: Fritos, Ceviche, Sandwiches, hot-dogs (depending on the day) Dinner 6-8pm: Buffet type Salads, vegetable cream, 2 protein, 2 companions, dessert. *Value 150,000cop/person/day ( $37 USD) That value includes drinks for breakfast only. *Guests will be responsible for their own food Guatape is 90 mins from Medellin. We will be providing transport there and back. Pickup: Sat 8/16/23 at 1pm Urbanization Torres Del Castillo (put this in waze or uber)- Cra. 32 #9 Sur 60 y 74 Poblado, Medellin Drop Off: Sunday we will return at 3pm with a 90 min ride to Medellin. ETA 4:30-5pm.

Taxis are available at the airport, they are safe but will likely need cash in COP, (Colombian Pesos). The average ride in a regular taxi from the airport to the city of Medellin will be around ~$100,000 COL, (~$22 USD). Larger Vans will likely double in price. Ubers are totally safe and widely available in Medellin. As a disclaimer, It's not wholly accepted by the taxi industry, drivers will likely ask a passenger to sit in the front seat. At the airport, you would need to exit to the passenger parking lot to find your Uber. Rides will vary around $100,000 COL (~22 USD) Some hotels offer shuttle pickups*
