Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot available for guests to use.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please try to arrive around 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start to ensure everyone will be seated and ready to go on time. Ceremony will be starting at 6:30PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail or floor-length dress for women and a suit and tie for men. Dependent on weather - the ceremony may be indoors or outdoors. The reception will be indoors. It might be a bit chillier in November - so make sure you dress appropriately!

What will the food and drink situation look like?

Answer

There will be an open bar - the venue does not allow for "shots", but beer, coolers and mixed drinks will be provided free of cost! There will be buffet-style food provided towards the beginning of the reception. We will also have dessert available, and a sweet-tooth wedding favor for each guest. Unfortunately, as we are doing a buffet-style dinner we might not be able to accommodate all food/dietary restrictions. Please reach out to either one of us and we will see if we can accommodate.

What is the timeline for the night?

Answer

There will be a 30 minute ceremony to start, starting at 6:30PM - followed by a cocktail "hour" (may be less depending on how long the photography takes). The reception is set to go until 1AM (from 7PM - 1AM).

I did not receive a plus one for my RSVP OR I did not receive enough attendees for my whole family when I went to RSVP?

Answer

Please contact either of us, and we will do our best to accommodate this. We may have limited space closer to the wedding date, but we will try to ensure everyone is able to attend!
