Can I bring a guest?

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! If your invitation specifically includes a guest by name, they are welcome. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting additional guests. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a welcome event?

We’ll be hosting a welcome gathering on Saturday, June 6 from 5–7 PM at the Residence Inn patio. All guests are welcome!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please reference the Gonzalez Wedding or code GONS when booking at the Residence Inn Woodbridge Edison/Raritan Center. A shuttle will run between the hotel and venue.

Will the shuttle run both ways?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will run both ways and will continue operating until all guests have been picked up and dropped off

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! The venue has plenty of parking available for guests who choose to drive.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM so you can settle in before the ceremony begins. The doors will close afterward to keep the moment intimate and uninterrupted.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be at the same venue — no extra travel required!

What airport should I fly into?

The best airport to use is Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR).

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie! Think tuxedos, evening gowns, or very formal cocktail attire. We’ve included examples under the “Dress Code” tab for inspiration!

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Absolutely! We’ll start with a cocktail hour featuring hors d’oeuvres, followed by a sit-down dinner with your choice of meat or fish. Vegetarian and vegan options will also be available — just let your server know! An open bar will be available throughout the evening.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception.
