Things To Do

A few of our favorite local chapters. We’ve put together a curated guide of the spots, views, and trails that make this city special to us. Take a stroll, grab a coffee, and enjoy your weekend getaway in the Pacific Northwest!
Pike Place Market

Pike Place Market

Seattle, WA

An absolute must. Skip the chaotic main line at the original Starbucks and instead head down the cobblestones to Storyville Coffee for a polished, cozy loft vibe overlooking the market, or grab a drink at Ghost Alley Espresso right by the Gum Wall.

Elliott Bay Book Company

Elliott Bay Book Company

1521 10th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

A legendary Seattle institution. It features massive, multi-level cedar shelves, exposed wood beams, and a fantastic attached cafe. It’s located right in the heart of Capitol Hill, making it perfect for a morning stroll.

Wallace Falls State Park

Wallace Falls State Park

14503 Wallace Lake Road, Gold Bar, WA 98251

It features a winding trail through old-growth forests, vibrant green moss-covered trees, and roaring river views that lead to a magnificent three-tiered waterfall. It looks exactly like the postcard version of Washington. Lower Falls (3.6 miles roundtrip, easy/moderate): Features a great covered picnic shelter and solid views. Middle Falls (4.1 miles roundtrip, moderate): The absolute sweet spot. This viewpoint offers the most panoramic, jaw-dropping views of the 367-foot drop, the Skykomish River Valley, and the Olympic Mountains. Most hikers turn around here. Upper Falls (5.5 miles roundtrip, hard): For your truly active guests who don't mind navigating steep switchbacks and steps.
