Are phones allowed for photos and video?
Answer
As much as we love to capture our own in the moment shots and videos, we hired a professional to do it for us! So just enjoy the ceremony unplugged and enjoy the nature around us.

What is the attire?
Answer
The attire is formal! Wear what you would at a normal venue wedding, I recommend carrying a change of shoes in case you bring heels. We do have a cart shuttle for our family members that need to be driven up to our ceremony spot.

What if it rains?
Answer
We understand that is always a chance with outdoor ceremonies. We are hoping for the best, but if there is bad weather, the state park said we can be wed inside the visitor center or close to the building on the main lawn.

Are there bathrooms on site?
Answer
Yes! The visitors center at Minnewaska is newly renovated and well kept. The bathrooms are spacious too in case you need to change as well!
Question
Is there enough parking?
Answer
Minnewaska has SO much parking. We are also going on a weekday so it will be very quiet for us to enjoy the park. FYI - It is $10 at the gate to get in.
