You're having a Wedding during Covid?

Answer

Simply put, yes. We are very attached to our date and we don't want to move our wedding back. That being said, we COMPLETELY understand if you feel uncomfortable attending. By now we trust each of you is aware of your own personal risks and comfort levels with larger gatherings and we want to provide as much information as possible. *Masks - Are required at the ceremony and at the reception when not eating or drinking). Yes this INCLUDES the dance floor. *Ceremony seating - The ceremony seating is accommodated for 86 people with all seats spaced individually. *Reception seating - The reception will feature all tables 6 ft apart from each other and 4 people per table with the exception of individuals in the same household. *Reception Dinner - Dinner is plated If you have additional questions, each out to us and we will work on finding you an answer.

Are Masks Required?

Yes, the city of San Antonio is under a mask ordinance. Masks will be required at the Ceremony and Reception. If you don't own a mask - no worries we will happily provide one for you.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

March 13th 2021. We will have a seating chart and will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, semi-formal attire is requested.

Although we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We respectfully request no children at the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the hotel has valet parking and self parking for a fee but the hotel is surrounded by parking garages and street parking as well.
