This will be a casual welcome dinner for guests who are in town by 5:00 PM. This gathering is completely optional, and guests are kindly asked to cover their own expenses. Details to come.
5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Think a fun Vegas night out. Most guests will be wearing black, with a little flair like red, leopard print, or other darker colors. Choose footwear that’s both nice and Comfortable. Semi-Formal so not too fancy and not too casual.
Dinner and drinks will be served at the ceremony venue from 5-7 P.M.
8:00 pm
Valarie and Ethen will be taking photos along Fremont Street from 7:00–8:00 PM, followed by a night of classic Vegas fun under the neon lights. Guests who prefer a quieter evening are warmly welcome to enjoy Fremont Street at their own pace or make other plans, as the formal wedding celebration will have concluded. For those who want to keep the party going, feel free to take this time to explore Fremont, grab a drink, and meet back up with us at 8:00 PM. Details to come.
3:00 pm
Ethen and Valarie will be taking the morning to relax and sleep in, followed by a potential afternoon activity to spend some more time with you all. This will likely be a museum, interactive spot, lunch, etc. Please feel free to use this day to explore the parts of Las Vegas you’d most like to see at your own pace. You are also welcome to depart on this day, as we will be leaving early the following morning.
5:00 am - 10:00 am
Valarie and Ethen have an early flight back home. Please feel free to either head back home or explore Vegas further if you would like!
