A 3-night stay is the minimum for this room block. We are suggesting that our guests arrive the morning of Wednesday August 6th and depart on Saturday August 10, to enjoy the property and all it has to offer. If you want to arrive earlier or stay later than the dates above, just choose the dates you would like when you fill out the reservation form.
RSVP by November 1, 2024. The FIRST payment is due by Tuesday, February 4th, 2025. This is the deadline to get an available room in the room block. A payment equal to 2 Room Nights of your room total is all you need to reserve your room. FINAL payment is due by Tuesday, May 27th, 2025 (The resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made by this date). Additional payments towards your balance can be made at any time (monthly) by contacting your dedicated reservation specialist before the final payment is due.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate children in our immediate family and guests 10+ who are formally invited on your invitation to the wedding festivities. We love your children and understand you might want to make this a family vacation, so if you plan to travel with littles we ask you to make arrangements for the evening of the reception. We wanted to provide you with the resort’s approved childcare vendor, Kangaroo Babysitting Services. If you plan to go to any parks or adventures water shoes are recommended. Reef-protection sunscreen (resort requires it since it's eco-friendly)

The wedding is outside on the beach, the dinner will take place inside and reception will be on the beach.
Please meet at the main lobby area by 4:15 pm on the day of the wedding (Aug 7,2025). The wedding coordinator will guide guests to the reception area.
