We always visit this place while in Boston - Ned has been coming here for years. If you want to grab lunch on Saturday or if you're in town for a while, check it out. Great beer selection and amazing food.
This is an amazing museum and definitely worth a visit. We recommend buying tickets ahead of time as they do sell out, particularly on the weekends.
One of Harvard University’s most famous treasures is the internationally acclaimed Ware Collection of Blaschka Glass Models of Plants, better known as the “Glass Flowers." This unique collection was made by Leopold and Rudolf Blaschka, a father and son team of Czech glass artists. Over fifty years, from 1886 through 1936, the Blaschkas produced 4,300 glass models that represent 780 plant species.
