Max and Rachel met while working at Anaerobe Systems in Morgan Hill, CA. They quickly became friends and realized they had a lot in common and shared the same sense of humor. Max eventually made his intentions to date Rachel quite clear when she found a note under her windshield wipers with his number and the word “Drinks?”on it. It took some time but later down the road they decided to give dating a chance. Their first date was at a new place in the downtown area called MOHI Social. It is only fitting that they are now getting married at MOHI Winery. Max and Rachel are not only getting married, but the very best of friends. They enjoy many of the same activities and share a competitive nature. They love going on beautiful hikes as well as frequenting breweries and wineries in the area where they play cards. Recently Max has been trying to teach Rachel how to play golf. She took one lesson and is now considered the Lady Woods. Max and Rachel are proud parents of their two cats, Gary and LJ whom they love to spend time with and occasionally cuddle. Their engagement was sweet and romantic on the cliffs in Mendocino. Rachel had been wanting to visit the quaint beautiful town for some time and Max jumped on this opportunity knowing this would be a beautiful place to pop the question. Rachel had no idea it was coming otherwise she might have dressed better and maybe worn some makeup. Needless to say, when Max got on one knee and asked her to marry him the answer was easy “Finally".
