How do I book my accommodations?

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Wine, beer, and our signature cocktails will be open. Other liquor will be cash bar.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and part of the cocktail hour space is held outdoors (weather dependent). Ceremony is held on the hilltop of Black Mountain at our venue.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Suit & tie for the guys and and cocktail dresses / gowns for the girls!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will Not Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Bryan or Allie as soon as you are aware.

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation within the Inn's property network (Whitneys Inn, Christmas Farm Inn, and Thorn Hill). We highly recommend staying in one of these properties, however, if you are staying outside of this network, we unfortunately cannot provide transportation to/from the venue (Whitneys Inn).
