Question

Is the wedding cancelled because of COVID?

Answer

No, the wedding is still on but guests must be fully vaccinated to attend! Of course, if there are any further changes, we will update you all personally. Please do not feel as though you must come if you are uncomfortable, or if you think you or your family should stay home. We are making as many safety accommodations as we can to make sure everyone we love is safe. Please contact us with further COVID questions.

Question

Will I have to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided for you. Masks are requested to be worn in enclosed spaces and close proximity to others, outside of eating dinner. Outdoor seating will be available as well. If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, please stay home and watch the live-stream instead. We will also provide wristbands for people to show how comfortable (or uncomfortable) they are with socializing with others. While we don’t require that you be tested before attending, we would highly encourage you to do so. Everyone's safety and well-being is our priority and we wish to ensure all can enjoy this occasion and stay safe.

Question

Do I have to stay for the reception?

Answer

We fully understand if you only feel comfortable staying for the ceremony, but if this is the case, we kindly ask that you watch the ceremony livestream from the safety and comfort of your home. It costs us just as much to have someone only attend the ceremony as it does to have them stay for the entire wedding. As we have very limited spots available, we'd prefer to have folks who wish to stay for the whole wedding. Please note however, we will have excess seating so that everyone can space themselves out as much as needed, and the dinner and reception are not restricted to being indoors.

Question

When do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Friday, November 5th. Since we have a limited amount of spots available, If you do not RSVP, you will not be on the guestlist! Please only select "Yes" if you are not 100% sure you are coming to the wedding, If you don’t know if you want to come or change your mind, you can always change your RSVP response, or contact us to include/exclude you. We will not take it personally if you do not want to, or are not able to attend, just please RSVP truthfully so we are not overpaying. We have to provide the exact number of people we will have at the wedding by November 5th so the venue, catering, and bar know how many people will be accommodated and how much we have to pay.

Question

Can I bring wine or hard alcohol to the wedding to save cash?

Answer

Please do not! While we understand that drinks at weddings can be expensive, we will be prepaying a couple drinks for everyone. The venue has very strict rules against outside alcohol due to their liquor license. We WILL be fined for anyone bringing these to the wedding venue. Please respect these rules.

Question

Can I take pictures and videos on my phone?

Answer

Please wait for the reception for personal photos! During the ceremony please be mindful that we have paid for a professional photographer, and do not wish to see any phones in our professional photos, or while we're walking down the aisle. We get that everyone wants pictures of their own, and we’re excited to see all of your wonderful (and funny) pictures too. We promise to get the photos of the ceremony to you all as soon as we have them! Otherwise, please feel free to take photos or videos before and after the ceremony.

Question

If I just want to watch the stream of the ceremony, should I still RSVP?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know that you will not physically be attending the wedding so we can keep our venue up to date with our guest count. The stream will not have a participation limit.

Question

My question wasn’t answered! Help!

Answer

Please contact us directly! We want you to be completely in the loop of what is going on. No question is too small, we promise.
