What are the chances that the wedding where we met was between Serena’s first cousins and Alex’s lifelong family friends? Somehow, the world really is that small. We met in 2023 at Shane and Jincy’s wedding in Cancun, and from the very beginning, something just clicked. Before we had even left Cancun, Serena sent Alex a DM, because some things are just too good to leave up to chance. What followed was three years of long distance (Dallas and Philadelphia), a lot of flights, FaceTime calls, and counting down the days until the next visit.
