We have blocked a limited number of rooms at both hotels listed below for both the nights of April 17th and April 18th, although the Residence Inn also made April 15-20th available for the room block. Please book as early as possible as the cut-off date for the room blocks are March 6th (Residence Inn) and March 18th (Holiday Inn). Be mindful of check-in times as the wedding starts on Friday, April 18th, at 2pm.

Shuttle

Shuttle between Holiday Inn/Residence Inn and Waterloo Village

April 18, 2025 1:45 pm - 8:00 pm

A shuttle service will be available to guests to bring them from both the Holiday Inn and Residence Inn (these hotels share a parking lot so the shuttle will pick up first from the Holiday Inn, then swing in front of the Residence Inn) before heading to the venue. The first shuttle should arrive in front of the Holiday Inn by 1:30pm and will depart by 1:45pm to go to Waterloo. After drop off, the shuttle will return for a second run, departing from the hotels by no later than 2:10pm. At the end of the night, the shuttle will return to Waterloo at 7:30 for an initial departure of no later than 7:45pm to go back to the Holiday Inn and Residence Inn, and then return to Waterloo for a second pick-up by approximately 8pm-8:15pm.
