We had a mutual best friend that introduced us to each other and after a couple years we were both single and started hanging out as friends! We were attached at the hip and did everything under the sun together. I was a little reluctant to catch feelings, meanwhile uzziah was smitten lol. It wasn't until we met up and took Brooklyn bowling that I realized I had the greatest guy ever interested in me! I took a leap of faith and gave him a chance! Thank goodness I did - NOW WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!!

Uzziah took me back to the place it all began, Top of the Marq! It was just the two of us, enjoying a much needed night out. We had an amazing dinner and decided to go out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful night. Uzziah was looking at the church in the distance and told me to look at it - as I was looking at the church all lit up uzziah was behind me getting down on one knee. I turned around to say how much I loved this night and saw him there on one knee and knew I was the luckiest girl in the world!! I said YES and now we're planning the rest of our lives together!
