When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 8th, 2026. The RSVP card will be included in your invitation. Thank you, and we hope to see you there!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is on-site parking at the venue. If you are staying at the Hotel Petaluma or the Sheraton, we will have a complimentary shuttle service departing from both hotels at 3:30 pm. They will start their return trips at 9:30 pm, then every hour after.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress Code: Semi-Formal to Formal. Think dresses, button-down shirts, slacks, or suits. We invite you to dress up for the occasion and celebrate with us. Please, no jeans.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We’ll have shuttles to make getting there and back easy! They’ll leave the hotels at 3:30 PM, and at the end of the night, return shuttles will run from the venue back to the hotels throughout the evening, starting at 9:30 pm.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place in a beautiful eucalyptus grove outside, and then we will all walk down a slight hill to the barn on the lower part of the property (indoors). You may want to leave your stilettos at home, or at least change into them for the reception.

Is the venue pet friendly

Answer

No, but both of the hotels in our room block - Hotel Petaluma and the Sheraton Sonoma Wine Country hotels- have pet policies.
