Question

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Yes, if you stay at one of the three places listed on the "Travel" page, If you will require transportation, please indicate so when you RSVP otherwise it may not be available for your party. Transportation won't be provided from any other hotels. The shuttle to/from Marriott has room for those who want to save on uber costs, and would like a ride down the mountain. This will be on a first come first serve basis.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please only bring a guest if indicated on your invitation.

Can we uber/lyft to the venue?

Answer

Yes! But make sure to plan ahead as they will be in short supply in this area of town. Getting back down the mountain may be difficult, so I recommend either renting a car, pre-ordering your uber or lyft, or staying at a location from which transportation is provided!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! and it's free! Feel free to park your car or rental car at the venue.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love kids! But please try to arrange care for any children as there won't be accommodations or child care at the event. If you feel strongly about bringing children please contact Alex so that arrangements can be made.

What day and time should we arrive?

Answer

The celebrations will begin on Saturday at 5:00 pm. Please be on time as the ceremony will begin at 5:00. We suggest arriving closer to 4:30

An outside wedding in July?? Are you insane!?

Answer

This venue is up in the Wasatch Mountains, It will be chilly, probably in the high 60s low 70s, and will drop as much as 15-20 degrees when the sun goes down. There will be heaters and furs but please bring a jacket!
