It was June 2020, and the world had changed in ways none of us could have imagined. The pandemic had confined us to our homes, and the isolation was beginning to weigh heavily on our hearts and minds. Amid the uncertainty and loneliness, we decided to give Tinder a try. Little did we know, a simple swipe would lead to a love story that would change our lives forever! When we met, we were both active-duty military stationed in New Jersey. And ironically, we just so happened to both be from Virginia. Even more ironic; we lived about 20 minutes away from each other! As weeks turned into months, we laughed, shared stories, and found solace in each other's company. We instantly became inseparable. We began talking about our future together, sharing our aspirations, and growing deeper in love. It's been four years since then, and the admiration and love for one another continues to blossom each day. We found forever in each other's hearts.
