When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday February 14th, 2026. Late RSVPs will not be accommodated as our vendors will have received final numbers.

Question

Is there a hotel block or a place you recommend that we stay?

Answer

Yes, there is a hotel block under Urso Wedding at the Comfort Inn in Fredericksburg. Reservations can be made at a discounted rate until February 20th.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

Due to a venue limit on the number of people we can have on the property, only the number of guests listed on your RSVP card are invited to attend. Our invite list was carefully curated to bring our closest friends and family together on our special day. We request that only the guests listed on the RSVP page are in attendance for any and all of the wedding events. We look forward to celebrating with you all. :)

Where are you registered for gifts?

Answer

Wow that is so thoughtful of you! Your presence on our big day is truly our favorite present! But since you asked ;) we are registered on Amazon www.amazon.com/wedding/share/ursowedding2026. This link is available under the registry tab of our website.

Do ride share companies pick up from the reception venue?

Answer

Unfortunately most ride share companies will not pick up at the wedding venue. Please plan to drink and drive responsibly.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be indoors while the reception will be outdoors in mostly covered areas.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal dress attire. For guys think slacks, a suit jacket, and if you are feeling extra fancy, a tie. Women the world is your oyster! Cocktail dresses, that jumpsuit you have always wanted to wear, it's whatever you feel beautiful in. Enjoy your night to dress up! The wedding party will be in blue, but feel free to wear whatever color you want. Just save the white for the bride. :)

What time should I arrive to the church?

Answer

Invites say 1:45 :) the bride will walk down the aisle at 2:00 sharp. Anyone not in their seat at 1:59pm will join us at the reception which begins at 3:00pm.
